This tasty golden brew has light sweet note which gives it a soothing aroma when 
steeped.  It has properties which are naturally calming.  When used at night, can help you relax and unwind before bed time, helping you get a good nights sleep.
Infuse these pretty dried flower blooms with water to create a herbal health tonic or "tea"! Chamomile is part of the Asteraceae plant family and contains a mixture of essential oils, Vitamin A, Thiamin, Riboflavin and even Folate! It also contains minerals that are known to provide an array of benefits like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Manganese.
